Co-op Office Employer Relationship Managers (ERMs)
Co-op office Program Advisors (PAs)

We prepare thousands of students for the professional workforce, facilitating over 2,200 placements each year. Our Employer Relationship Managers (ERMs) are the primary point of contact for employers, offering guidance on all aspects of engineering campus recruitment, including co-op, traditional summer positions, and new graduate hiring. They also help connect employers with resources such as research opportunities, alumni relations, development, and other faculties.

Led by our Co-op Student Programming Manager (and Co-op Orientation Course Instructor), our Program Advisors (PAs) serve as the first point of contact for students, providing support in areas like resume building, interview preparation, and general co-op readiness. They collaborate closely with the ERMs to manage the large-scale recruitment process required for our high volume of placements. Both teams conduct onsite visits for each co-op placement to ensure a successful experience.

Behind the scenes, our Administration Lead, Program Specialist, and Program Assistants are the backbone of the program, ensuring every detail is managed efficiently and the program runs seamlessly. Finally, the program is supported and led by the Manager of WIL, Co-op and Career Connections.
