Welcome to Engineering Co-op Recruitment! Please read the following information carefully.

This table has headers. The first column the term, the second column indicates when recruitment starts and the last column indicates when it ends. Along the first column, each row is a term starting with winter, then summer, then fall.

Important To Do Now

  1. Update your resume using the Co-op provided template located from the Application Documents webpage.
  2. Obtain an updated copy of your unofficial transcript from .
  3. Once you have an updated copy of your resume and transcript, upload the documents to and apply to “Mock Job - Term 20XX” for a quick document quality-control check.

Important To Know

  • Job postings go live three times a year:
    • Winter job postings go live in early September.
    • Summer job postings go live in early January.
    • Fall job postings go live in early May.
  • Application deadlines occur on a rolling basis and your application may be sent as part of an all-applicant packet sent after the closing date or immediately after you apply depending on employer preference.
  • Jobs typically close within 4-10 days.
  • If you are asked to apply via the employer’s website, you must also apply on .
  • Recruitment continues until:
    • Early October for Fall recruitment
    • Early June for Summer recruitment
    • Early February for Winter recruitment
