Important To Do Now
- Update your resume using the Co-op provided template located from the Application Documents webpage.
- Obtain an updated copy of your unofficial transcript from .
- Once you have an updated copy of your resume and transcript, upload the documents to and apply to “Mock Job - Term 20XX” for a quick document quality-control check.
Important To Know
- Job postings go live three times a year:
- Winter job postings go live in early September.
- Summer job postings go live in early January.
- Fall job postings go live in early May.
- Application deadlines occur on a rolling basis and your application may be sent as part of an all-applicant packet sent after the closing date or immediately after you apply depending on employer preference.
- Jobs typically close within 4-10 days.
- If you are asked to apply via the employer’s website, you must also apply on .
- Recruitment continues until:
- Early October for Fall recruitment
- Early June for Summer recruitment
- Early February for Winter recruitment
