The decision to admit, or readmit, a student to a graduate program rests with the department, except where a student already has a similar or identical doctoral degree (see 5.11 Application Evaluation, supported by the section of the University Calendar).

In cases where the admission approval is conditional, the specific conditions are clearly stipulated in the letter to the applicant. Please see in the Calendar for more details.
