Demythologizing Motherhood: A Comparative Reading of Polish and Canadian Fiction

Milena Leszman, Ph.D. lecturer and teacher of British and American Literature, Gdańsk, Poland

Milena Leszman works as a lecturer and a teacher of English. She holds a Ph.D. in Literature and has published articles on British, American and Canadian literature in the context of feminist studies. She has worked as a Polish Research Assistant at the Wirth Institute for Austrian and Central European Studies in 2008-2009. She is currently teaching British and American Literature in Gdańsk, Poland.
