Research Administration Stream
In collaboration with the Office of the Vice-President (Research and Innovation), this program stream is focused on developing administrative services solutions that are timely, value driven and centred on researchers' needs.
The goal is to establish an integrated administrative service model, with well-defined pathways and delivery structures, that enables seamless support at every stage of the research journey. The voice of the researcher will be at the heart of this work, with researchers as co-creators of solutions.
The first step is to address the challenges in research finance, looking at issues from a researcher's lens for: timely funding access, effective fund utilization and grant management.
