From: Born in Hong Kong but lived in Edmonton most of my life.
Research/Work Interests: I enjoy helping people achieve an active lifestyle and understand how to set realistic goals. It is very rewarding to see positive changes and see individuals adopt positive behaviour changes and begin to enjoy staying active on their own time.
Personal Interests: I'm a very active person and enjoy playing sports. I'm currently on two volleyball teams in a league in the city.
