| Mouse Sperm Cryopreservation |
User will supply one proven breeder male (ideally <6 months old) to the facility. Sperm will be harvested and approximately nine (9) aliquots of sample frozen. A basic motility check and IVF (without embryo transfer) will be performed for quality assessment. |

| Mouse Sperm Storage | Annual fee to store samples under liquid nitrogen. Aliquots of each sample will be divided among two tanks. |

| in vitro Fertilization | Unfertilized oocytes collected from 3-5 females and incubated with sperm. Fertilized oocytes transferred into recipients and pups gestated until weaned. Tissue sample will be provided for genotyping if required. |

| Pronuclear Injection (Transgenic Mouse Production) |
Three (3) rounds of injection, collecting from eight (8) mice each round. Approximately 300 embryos collected. Surviving embryos transferred into recipients and pups gestated until weaned. Tissue sample provided for genotyping. |

| Rederivation (IVF-based) | Unfertilized oocytes from 3-5 commercially-available females are collected and mixed with sperm from the male of the "contaminated" stain. Embryos are thoroughly washed and transferred into pathogen-free recipients. Pups will remain with the recipient female until weaning. Following weaning, Mouse Assessment Plus serology of the dams and PCR Infectious Agent (PRIA) testing of both the dams and pups will be completed by Charles River Laboratories. |

Following weaning, Mouse Assessment Plus serology of the dams and PCR Infectious Agent (PRIA) testing of both the dams and pups will be completed by Charles River Laboratories. |
