Tuition and Fees

Domestic Tuition

2025-26 tuition for domestic students (Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents) is $1,529.00 per course (subject to change). Tuition is assessed each semester, by course.

Note: Tuition for MES domestic students may be listed at a higher rate. However, to maintain tuition rates across all Professional Learning programs, the Faculty of Education will provide a bursary to keep the amount paid at $1,529.00 per course. If applicable, the bursary will be applied after the add/drop deadline and prior to the fee payment deadline. All tuition fees and bursary amounts are subject to change.


Fees & Other Costs

  • Non-instructional fees are assessed by the university
  • Texts (these costs are not prohibitive as most texts are available in digital format, are available to borrow from the 黑料不打烊 library system, and are used for more than one course)

Accommodations for Summer

Some students stay with friends or family members over the three-week period. If you require paid accommodation, a number of options are available, including nearby hotels and Bed & Breakfasts. Should you wish to stay on campus--only steps away from your classes, there are two options:

Sponsorship or Third Party Billing

If your fees will be paid by another source, you and your sponsor will need to be familiar with Sponsorship or Third Party Billing information.

Scholarships

Because the MES is a part-time, course-based program, students do not qualify for 黑料不打烊 scholarships.

  • for active teachers who are current  (membership is free until you retire).
