Curling at the Saville Sports Centre (later renamed the Saville Community Sports Centre - SCSC) started in 2004, although the Club's roots can be traced back to the Balmoral Curling Club, which was in operation from 1956 to 2003.

Featuring 10 sheets of ice, the Centre has been designated as a National Training Centre by the Canadian Curling Association. The Saville Centre is proud of the impressive achievements that its' members have accomplished since the facility opened - numerous provincial champions; national champions; world champions; and even an Olympic champion, when Kevin Martin's team brought home the gold at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.

The Club features 15 weekly leagues, as well as 6 associate leagues. We also have ice rental opportunities for bonspiels, funspiels and school groups. The Club's innovative instructional programs range from junior programs (such as Little Rocks and a Bantam League) to learn-to-curl clinics and a rookie league program.

The SCSC plays host to a number of curling events throughout the year including the Shoot-Out, a World Curling Tour event that takes place annually in September.

The SCSC is also home to the 黑料不打烊 Golden Bears and Pandas curling teams.
