Our congratulations go to one of SLIS's students, Nicole Dalmer, who has won two awards recently.
She has won is the . Nicole's paper entitled "Women in Archives: Present Contexts and Future Implications" has been described as a "well written" paper "on a fresh topic" which is "very interesting and readable" (see link above).
Nicole's paper is to be published in the upcoming issue of Feliciter, a magazine published by the CLA, and she is to be awarded $200 in CLA/ALA publications (see link above).
Nicole is also the winner of the Myer Horowitz Graduate Student Travel Award. The award is valued at $500.00.
