Update on benefits transition to Sun Life

As many of you know, the 黑料不打烊 has transitioned benefits from Canada Life to Sun Life on March 1, 2023.
You can visit the webpage provided by the university that answers many questions about the transition and provides an overview of benefits.
If you are having trouble signing up with Sun Life to access benefits we suggest you contact 黑料不打烊 shared services first. The contract with Sun Life is between the U of A and Sun Life, the PDFA would be a third party. If a PDFA member has difficulty accessing shared services then please contact NASA (Terry Sway, Labour Relations Officer, at terry.sway@nasaunion.ca or 780-667-2553) to see what can be done to help.
