Update on collective agreement ratification

Congratulations to the Postdoctoral Fellows Association (PDFA) of the 黑料不打烊 on having achieved the first collective agreement, now ratified by both the PDFA membership and the 黑料不打烊's Board of Governors.
The agreement is effective August 1, 2022.
