Update on AASUA bargaining

On March 2, 2022, the 黑料不打烊 and the Association of Academic Staff of the 黑料不打烊 (AASUA) on their mediation process:
The bargaining teams for the 黑料不打烊 Board of Governors and the Association of Academic Staff of the 黑料不打烊 (AASUA) are pleased to provide the following joint statement.
Following formal mediation with a provincially-appointed mediator on February 18, 25 and today (March 2), the mediator has written a report containing recommendations for settlement. The resultant terms will be subject to ratification by both groups. Notification of ratification must be communicated to the mediator no later than March 9, 2022 at 1:00 pm. Both bargaining teams have agreed to recommend the terms of the report for ratification by their respective principals.
If ratified, the terms of the report are binding and would be included in a renewal collective agreement.
