Program Options

When students consider studying abroad, many think their only option is an exchange program that requires them to go away for a semester or an entire year.  Some students will have personal  responsibilities and commitments at home that make this impossible.  However, you will see on our program finder that you can choose different options including short-term programs (often as short as 3-4 weeks) that conveniently take place in the Spring or Summer terms.  You can also investigate internships (offered year-round and for varying lengths of time) that will allow you to gain valuable experience in a workplace or research lab.  And, of course, our traditional exchange programs are an attractive option for students with the flexibility to do them in the Fall or Winter terms.
