Effective decision-making in teams hinges on aligning diverse perspectives and skills. This interactive workshop is designed for individuals who work on a team and focuses on equipping you with tools to identify shared values and responsibilities that guide your team’s efforts. You’ll engage with tools designed to improve communication and understanding among team members, while exploring decision-making strategies that are tailored to your team’s specific needs and context.

Learning Outcomes 

Upon completion of this session, you will be able to: 

  1. Use tools to identify shared values and responsibilities that can guide the team’s work.
  2. Facilitate team members in uncovering and understanding each other’s perspectives and strengths.
  3. Explain and apply a variety of participatory decision-making approaches, tailored to your team’s unique context and mandate
