The Department congratulates Yuan FANG, the 2008 winner of the Mactaggart Writing Award. Yuan, who graduated this June with a major in Japanese and a minor in Chinese, used her $12,000 prize to travel to some major cities in Europe this spring. Well done, Yuan!
